Jaguar F-type coupe is a faster,Stiffer,Sharper . review about F-Type and it's organs details

From jaguar company's web :-
"  The all-aluminium F-TYPE Coupé – the most dynamically capable, performance-focused sports car that Jaguar has ever produced – is available in three versions: F-TYPE R, F-TYPE S and the F-TYPE.
The range-topping F-TYPE R Coupé is powered by Jaguar’s 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine in 550PS/680Nm tune, delivering acceleration to 60mph in 4.0-seconds, and a top speed of 186mph (electronically limited).
The F-TYPE S Coupé and F-TYPE Coupé are powered by Jaguar’s 3.0-litre V6 supercharged petrol engines in 380PS/460Nm and 340PS/450Nm forms respectively, giving 0-60mph in 4.8/5.1-seconds and top speeds of 171/161mph.
The F-TYPE Coupé embodies the uncompromised design vision of the stunning Jaguar C-X16 concept sports coupé that debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, its dramatic cabin-rearward stance being defined by three heartlines. The first two heartlines – shared with F-TYPE Convertible – form the muscular front and rear wings, the third heartline being the sweeping Coupé roof profile which provides an unbroken silhouette while emphasising the visual drama of the tapered cabin sitting between powerful rear haunches.
F-TYPE R and F-TYPE S Coupé models also have the option of Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brakes which offer absolute consistency of performance and excellent fade resistance, as well as a total unsprung-weight saving of 21kg.
Every F-TYPE Coupé model utilises Jaguar’s eight-speed close-ratio Quickshift transmission which is optimised for sporting performance, with full manual sequential control from the central SportShift selector or steering wheel-mounted paddles.
“The F-TYPE Coupé provides its driver with a unique sports car experience. It combines seductive design with cutting-edge technology and performance which is truly breathtaking. Engaging, precise, intuitive and alive – it is the definitive sports Coupé.”Phil Popham, Group Marketing Director, Jaguar Land Rover
Visual appeal is fundamental to Jaguar and, as such, the F-TYPE Coupé is immediately recognisable, building on the design of the stunning C-X16 concept sports Coupé and the F-TYPE Convertible – winner of the 2013 ‘World Car Design of the Year’ award.
“Creating a sports Coupé is the purest of design tasks, and also the most challenging; get it right and aesthetically the result will be as dynamic as the car should be rewarding to drive. In F-TYPE Coupé, I believe we’ve got it right.
The purity of the C-X16 concept has been retained without compromise; the F-TYPE Coupé’s long bonnet, low roofline and tapering cabin inspire me every time I see it.”Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar
F-TYPE R COUPÉThe F-TYPE R Coupé represents the pinnacle of the F-TYPE range. Powered by Jaguar’s 5.0-litre supercharged petrol V8 all-aluminium engine in 550PS and 680Nm form, the F-TYPE R Coupé achieves headline figures of 0-60mph in 4.0-seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 186mph, 50-75mph taking a mere 2.4-seconds. CO2 emissions are 259g/km.
"
LOS ANGELES -- Beauty and the beast? These two concepts are not exclusive in the new 2015 Jaguar F-type Coupe, unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Pulling something of a reversal, Jaguar released the F-type convertible earlier this year, a stylish roadster with exceptional performance, and now is showing off the hardtop version. Automakers more frequently release convertible variants after a new hardtop model.
Jaguar's order of release is somewhat inexplicable, as it showed off a concept version of the F-type Coupe, called the C-X16, two years ago at the Frankfurt auto show. The F-type Coupe, with its GT styling, is also a better looking car than its convertible sibling. It seems that Jaguar saved the best for last.
As with the F-type convertible, the Coupe comes with three engine choices: two supercharged 3-liter V-6 engines, and a supercharged 5-liter V-8. Respectively, these models are designated the F-type, F-type S, and F-type R, with horsepower ranging from 340 all the way up to 550. Direct injection enhances efficiency in all of these engines, and each comes mated to a one-choice eight-speed automatic.
Three pedal fans may lament the lack of a manual transmission, but this automatic does an excellent job of delivering quick shifts in manual mode, with almost zero torque converter lag. Likewise, its Sport program is very capable.

The F-type Convertible delivers fantastic driving dynamics. On a cone course, it showed itself as a fun sports car, with traction control and vehicle stability programs letting the tail hang out just enough. The F-type Coupe will feature the same suspension and stability programs, so it should behave in a similar fashion.
However, the inclusion of the hardtop creates more rigidity throughout the body, allowing for flatter cornering. In fact, Jaguar notes that the F-type Coupe is its most rigid production car ever. With the F-type Coupe R's acceleration putting it at 60 mph in just 4 seconds, it is likely to be Jaguar's best performance car in the current line-up.
For the F-type Coupe, Jaguar was also able to retune the spring rates for better handling. A ceramic brake package will also be available for the S and R models, a choice suitable for drivers who intend to bring their cars to the track.
Of more qualitative consideration is the look of the coupe body. Where the F-type roadster's cloth top shows no particular style when up, the coupe body incorporates a graceful roofline stretching into a hatchback over the rear and lying in between the two rear fenders, which rise up like the haunches of a big car ready to spring.
Jaguar puts a big glass panel down the center of the hatchback, and notes that this configuration gives the F-type Coupe cargo room for a couple of golf bags.
Electronics in the dashboard, including standard navigation, will be the same as that in the F-type convertible. Here, Jaguar pushes few boundaries, merely providing very functional features for route guidance and hands-free phone use. Jaguar has not currently exploited connected car technology.
The centerpiece of the cabin electronics will be the Meridian audio system, available in a standard 10-speaker, 380-watt format, or an upgraded 12-speaker, 770-watt system. These systems deliver very fine audio reproduction in the convertible, although Jaguar does not seem to have taken advantage of the Coupe's hardtop to further enhance the system.
The 2015 Jaguar F-type Coupe will make a good alternative for more serious performance drivers who would not consider a convertible when it goes on sale in Spring of next year. The car's driving dynamics should make it very rewarding, although its fun, tail-happy driving character may have it struggling to keep up with more precise handling Porsches and BMW M models.
Beyond track performance, there can be no argument against its classic GT lines

BMW I8 concept model review

era is dawning in the world of the sports car. Frankfurt is clearly to be the birthplace of a new generation of sporting automobile. BMW have revealed their contribution, the hotly anticipated i8 plug in hybrid sports car on home turf. i8 joins the i3 in BMW’s dynamic duo of future-proof motoring, the former being it’s interpretation of what a sports car can look like in a rapidly changing, more environmentally conscious automotive world.

Keeping it up to speed with its petroleum powered contemporaries the i8 is motivated by a 1.5 litre three cylinder twin power turbocharged engined mounted in the rear producing around 230 bhp and 320 nm of torque exported to the rear wheels via a six speed automatic gearbox. In tandem with the gasoline powered engine, an electric motor gives power to the front wheels to the tune of 130 bhp and 250nm of torque making a combined output of 360BHP and 450nm of torque. A short ratio gearbox for the electric motor, the punch of the turbos and the efforts of a 3rd 10kw motor in the rear (to fill in for torque when the turbos aren’t spooled)  gives rise to a commendable 0-62 time of around 4.5 seconds (a couple of seconds shy of a PDK 991 Carrera S) before hitting BMWs electronic buffers at 155MPH.

Looks wise, we have something akin to BMWs vision for an R8 competitor though dynamically and philosophically this isn’t the case. The i8 can lend its exotic looks to its carbon tubbed, rear engine layout which means the boxy design dictated by a front engined layout is not necessitated. The i8 has an exotic demeanor to it which successfully sells the environmentally friendly philosophy as one that can still be sexy. There’re plenty of cues from the M1 homage concept too! No bad thing!
In zero emission, all electric mode the i8 is capable of 22 miles before the engine cuts in, and a top speed of 75 MPH. Although those numbers seem minimal, the carbon tubbed 1490 kilogram hybrid is reported to achieve outstanding economy figures of 115MPG (UK) and 59g/km of C02. Interesting practical note: the i8 seems to be able to comfortably seat 4. More exposure to the vehicle will determine the truth of that.

I personally can’t wait to see this car pit against its conventional petroleum powered rivals! It will make for interesting testing!
What do we think of the i8, now its finally with me?

Samsung and Tesla, a more than possible agreement on Hi-Tech battery

Tesla needs to abandon the exclusivity it has with Panasonic as the sole supplier of batteries if it wants to expand its business. The umpire could be Samsung, a company located in Korea and thus, far from an earthquake zone that could shake up the distribution of this precious component.

Samsung and Tesla, Tesla and Samsung . 'm Sure Panasonic has not done a shred of grace the latest rumor about the future of Tesla. The reason is very clear, Tesla is having a problem with the delivery time Panasonic batteries manufactured exclusively for the Californian manufacturer because the demand for the Model S does nothing but grow and also the imminent arrival of the Model X, one pure electric luxury SUV, may be affected.

Panasonic batteries (referred to as 18650) have been one of the best considered by experts in terms of manufacturing quality, especially durability, resistance to high temperatures and quick recharge Tesla or even the exchange of batteries . But Elon Musk seems not to trust the most precious of their vehicles to a single manufacturer, more so when they give so coarse and a trio from Panasonic, Samsung and Tesla would be very interesting.

To remedy this situation Panasonic has confirmed it will open a new production line in Osaka . In this way Tesla should be more quiet, but it could happen just the opposite. Increase operational costs to meet demand may mean an increase in the price charged by Panasonic for making batteries, something that would not make much grace Musk. A second source is required.

Still, this plant would not be fully operational until the middle of next year and the agreement between Samsung and Tesla would not bear fruit until the end 2014 or early 2015, coinciding with the arrival of the Model X .

Tesla's stock market value is higher than the Fiat group.

Samsung and Tesla can ally to manufacture new batteries is just excellent news for everyone because more competition is usually synonymous with greater creativity, quality and innovation , beyond price. With a second supplier Tesla can stay quiet if one of them fails, delays or decides to raise prices.

The agreement between these two giants Samsung and Tesla is not closed and not improbable that arrived new friends at the heart of Musk For LG, which also has a plant for this purpose and you do not want to miss this opportunity.

These new and future batteries would not be supported because the Model S but may be intended for the imminent arrival of the Model X and Model E. expected Two new models would begin to see the end of next year, the X as a production model and the E as Tesla and Concept Car If you have a problem with one model in their catalog if tripling their presence should make sure it does not fail anything in the manufacturing process .

Tesla's success seems clear and although it has a market value higher than the Fiat group, Elon Musk company has not yet made a profit. It is true that this has not happened because so far are investing much money as possible in the company and because a few months ago wanted to repay the loan they made the U.S. government (U.S. $ 451.8 million plus interest). Anyway, the brand seems to hold a dominant position within the electric car manufacturers and as investors continue to believe in the project will see many Teslas around the world.

Lamborghini released Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse_new developed monster

Lamborghini recently launched a new department to handle the company’s motorsport activities – the Squadra Corse. The department has now gone ahead and unveiled the  Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse.

The Gallardo Squadra Corse comes straight from its racing sibling, the Gallardo Super Trofeo. In fact the Squadra Corse gets quite a few elements from the Super Trofeo competition version.
The engine is a V10 that is capable of pumping an enormous 578PS, and mated to an e-gear six-speed transmission with paddleshifts. The chassis used is that of a standard LP 570-4 which makes the Corse a 4WD. The Corse can do a 0-100 dash in 3.4 seconds while reaching a top speed of 322kmph. The car weighs 1340kgs, which is lighter than its sibling because of the use of lightweight elements like Aluminum and carbon fibre. The competition roots give it carbon fiber components, a quick-release engine cover, a prominent rear wing, gloss black accents and tri-color stripes.

On the inside, the Squadro Corse gets carbonfibre across the seats, middle console, door panels, part of the steering wheel, glove box, the door handles and panel trim. Comfort seats and racing seats come as available options.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse will make its public appearance at the Frankfurt Motor Show this September.

Jaguar C-X75 Prototype video released with some specilizations

Jaguar has released a new video with the C-X75 hybrid supercar which never made it as a production model.

Jaguar C-X75

Being described as a “state-of-the-art hybrid supercar with the efficiency of a low-emissions city car”, the C-X75 was revealed in September 2010 at the Paris Motor Show. It tops out at 354kmph and has CO2 emissions of less than 89 g/km. It completes a 0-100 in about 2.8 seconds owing to a 7-speed automated manual gearbox that switches gears in less than 200ms.

The core of the C-X75 is an F1-inspired 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged and supercharged engine that churns out a massive 502PS at 10,000rpm. A rev range of 10,000rpm is like creating a gravity field of its own. The engine works in tandem with two electric motors which provide a combined 390PS for a jaw-dropping total output of more than 850PS and 1,000Nm of torque. Both the electric motors are 150kW motors.

It can function on electric power alone and also provide a zero-emission maximum range of 60 km. It creates more than 200kg of downforce at 322kmph thanks to the deploy-able aerofoil and underfloor aerodynamics.

“The C-X75 programme represents the pinnacle of Jaguar’s engineering and design expertise. It is arguably the world’s fastest test-bed for the world’s most advanced technologies, combining as it does a remarkable hybrid powertrain with awe-inspiring performance. Jaguar is always looking to shape the cars of tomorrow and with projects like C-X75 we are laying the foundations for the next generation of Jaguar innovations,” said Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director of Jaguar.

Hybrid Hydrogen Rapide S - race car Aston Martin's new four-seat is going to rock on track by " 0 Co2 Emission "

A few weeks ago, Aston Martin announced that they would reveal a prototype of Rapide S with a unique powertrain, here is the first hydrogen Aston Martin!

This prototype is built on the basis of a Rapide S that will arrive in showrooms this month, it has been developed with the help of the company Alset Global and allows a bi-fuel combustion hydrogen or gasoline, as well as the ability to drive with the two energies combined in hybrid mode!

The stated goal is to achieve one lap of the Nurburgring with Zero Emissions!

Dr Ulrich Bez said: “As we celebrate our centenary in 2013 and look back on a century of excitement, innovation and style it’s also the perfect time to look to the future with this astonishing race car.”

Aston Martin is ripping up the record books at the 41st ADAC Zurich 24 Hours of Nürburgring next month as the famous British sports car brand is to race a pioneering hybrid hydrogen car.

The record-breaking Hybrid Hydrogen Rapide S – based on Aston Martin’s new four-door, four-seat sports car – will become the first hydrogen-powered car to compete in an international event as well as the first zero CO2 emissions sports car to complete a race pace lap at the Nürburgring 24-hour race.

The system includes a "fuel rail", storage tanks (4 carbon fiber tanks storing 3.5kg of hydrogen- at 350bars two next to the driver and two in the trunk) and a specific engine management.

For a demonstration of the car we might have to wait for the 24 hours of the Nurburgring which takes place next May 19 and 20! Aston Martin wants to be the first to race with an hydrogen vehicle against combustion cars, cutting the grass under the feet of GreenGT...

Working in partnership with hydrogen experts Alset Global, Aston Martin’s engineers have developed a prototype twin turbocharged 6.0-litre V12 engine that will power the Nürburgring car.

Capable of running on pure gasoline, pure gaseous hydrogen, or a blend of both, the Hybrid Hydrogen race car showcases Aston Martin’s commitment to engineering innovation. In pure hydrogen mode, Aston Martin and Alset Global aim to show that a zero CO2 emissions lap of the Nordschleife is possible while emitting virtually only water from the exhaust.

Showcasing the technology at the Nürburgring – acknowledged as one of the toughest and most demanding circuits in the world and, of course, nicknamed ‘the Green Hell’ – Aston Martin will underline the reliability and safety of today’s hydrogen technology.

Welcoming the debut of the Hybrid Hydrogen Rapide S, Aston Martin Chief Executive Officer Dr Ulrich Bez said: “As we celebrate our centenary in 2013 and look back on a century of excitement, innovation and style it’s also the perfect time to look to the future with this astonishing race car.

Aston Martin has a strong track record of innovation and, with our superb history of competition and testing at the Nürburgring, it is only right that we showcase this amazing new technology at this year’s 24-hour race.”

He added: “Working with Alset Global to unveil this system in such a challenging environment as the 24 Hours of Nürburgring shows once again how confident we are in our cars, our people and our partners.”

The Hybrid Hydrogen system comprises a hydrogen fuel rail, storage tanks and proprietary engine management system. This enables flexibility in the control of the combustion process according to each particular driving situation: either pure hydrogen, gasoline or a arbitrary blend of both can be selected to ensure optimum power, acceleration and CO2 reduction. This control results in a powerful and dynamic propulsion system that provides sports car performance but with a carbon footprint more akin to that of a supermini.

(sourceby technologyvehilces)
Safety is paramount, of course, and the system includes four ultra-high strength carbon fibre tanks holding a total of 3.5kg of hydrogen stored at a pressure of 350bar – two tanks housed next to the driver and two in the boot of the car. Meanwhile the entire hydrogen system developed by Alset Global and its partners is approved by German motorsport’s governing body, the DMSB.

The Hybrid Hydrogen race car is based on the new Rapide S four-door sports car that is arriving in Aston Martin showrooms worldwide this month.

Redesigned and re-engineered to offer even greater style and significantly enhanced performance by virtue of its new AM11 6.0-litre V12 naturally aspirated engine, the new Rapide S is capable of 190 mph and sprints from 0 to 62 mph in only 4.9 seconds.

Dr Bez said of the new road car: “It is a four-door sports car that uniquely combines luxury, style and sporting excitement in Aston Martin’s most flexible and accommodating silhouette. This is the four-door sports car in its most versatile form.”

Aston Martin returns to compete in the ADAC Zurich Nürburgring 24 Hours on May 19-20 for the eight successive year. More than 150 cars will start the fearsome 24-hour race, which runs on the daunting 25km circuit that combines the legendary Nordschleife with the modern Grand Prix track.
