Disney 8-bit Lane in UK

Welcome to #8BitLane! Every once in a while, an impressive promo hits the streets somewhere around the world, showing just how great modern movie marketing can be. Disney is just getting around to releasing Oscar-nominated animated movie Wreck-It Ralph in the UK this February, so they've started promoting it intensely in London. One of the displays is an entire street converted to 8-bit called, as we mentioned, 8-Bit Lane located near The Truman Brewery. Everything from "a London taxi, postbox, pigeon, tree, clouds, CCTV camera" and dog, complete with poop, have been made 8-bit. This is really cool, I want to go!

Wreck-It Ralph is an adventure where arcade video games are alive and the title character jumps between them trying to be a hero. The London street lets you get in on the action by having a pixelated tree, dog, police car, and more. According to Now Here This, 8 Bit Lane is open until Sunday, and it has the world’s first Blipp-able building. Blippar is a visual discovery (read: augmented reality) app, and you can even play a game using it on said building. Click here to see a photo album of the lane, and check out a few highlights below.

It’s hard to believe that Disney’s latest animated film Wreck-It Ralph doesn’t open up in the UK until February 8th, over three months after its US release. Fortunately, Disney makes up for the wait a bit by creating 8 Bit Lane in London near the The Truman Brewery. Get the details after the break.

This last nifty photo is from the Now Here This Time Out London blog, from their post on this promo:

If you live in England, or are visiting London, you can find this "8-Bit Road" promo install located at Old Truman Brewery, E1 6QL (find it on Google Maps). I wish I could go see all this in person - so awesome!

Rich Moore (who has helmed episodes of "Futurama" and "The Simpsons") directed Wreck-It Ralph, the story of an 8-bit video game character struggling with his own villainous identity with the world of arcade games. John C. Reilly voices the titular character who tries to be a hero, but ends up unleashing a deadly enemy who just might destroy every game in the arcade. Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Sarah Silverman all lend their voices. Released in the US last November, the Disney film arrives in UK theaters February 8th

Sapphire HD 7790 review of Overlocked edition

I deliberately held back the review for this latest card from AMD so I could put it out alongside a review of the competing card from Nvidia, the GTX 650 Ti Boost. If I hadn’t then this review would have simply been a lot of me crying over the loss of the HD 7850 1GB, which will no longer be manufactured to make way for the HD 7790.

There will still be quite a lot of crying about the HD 7850, however. It was one of my favourite cards of this generation – it had the sort of gaming chops that belied its budget pricing and it still makes me feel gooey and nostalgic – in the same way I feel about the beautiful 8800GT and the GTX 460. Oh, those were the days.

But the HD 7850 was probably quite expensive to produce thanks to the Pitcairn Pro chip, with its nigh three billion transistors and budget-busting 256-bit memory bus. The Bonnaire XT chip at the heart of the HD 7790, meanwhile, is very much a budget chip, without any of the top-end extras that came in the Pitcairn Pro-based card it is ostensibly replacing.

“It posts mediocre benchmark figures – worse than the HD 7850 1GB for much the same price, even when overclocked.”
AMD have cut the memory bus in half, offering a miserly 128-bit bus and have created a much smaller GPU, with 800 million fewer transistors and a 160mm2 die compared with the 212mm2 chip of the HD 7850 1GB.

This has a major impact on performance. Compared with the Pitcairn Pro chip, it posts pretty mediocre benchmark figures – worse than the HD 7850 1GB for much the same price, even when overclocked. Things look grimmer still when you put AMD’s card alongside Nvidia’s efforts with the impressive GTX 650 Ti Boost.

Nvidia has improved the silicon in pretty much every area it can and yet their card comes with the same pricetag as the original GTX 650 Ti. Now, that’s how you do a refresh.

Peculiarly, this is a total reversal of form: AMD have always been the ones to create great budget cards with impressive performance while Nvidia created expensive, worse-performing options in the volume segment. Things still look good for AMD in the other segments, with the HD 7970GHz Edition having the lead over the GTX 680, and the HD 7870 XT ruling the roost below it, but the GTX 650 Ti Boost could represent Nvidia making a price/performance comeback.

Quite what AMD were trying to do with the HD 7790 – aside from just designing a cheaper chip – I really don’t know. AMD have garnered a lot of goodwill over the last few releases, and I hope their weak showing with the HD 7790 doesn’t represent future initiatives.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Turbocharge your Game

You might not know it from the weather, but a sure sign that Spring has sprung, aside from frolicking bunnies and chocolate-egg-induced sugar-comas, is the sudden abundance of new GPU slews. From AMD we get the disappointing Radeon HD 7790, while Nvidia retort with the new, improved GTX 650 Ti Boost.

Based on the same GK 106 GPU as the standard GTX 650 Ti – and the straight GTX 660 – this Boost version comes with a much quicker base clock. The original GTX 650 Ti landed with a modest clock of 928MHz where this Boost version is hitting 980MHz, but with the addition of the GPU Boost tech allowing it to push beyond 1GHz in most games.

If it was simply a matter of overclocking the standard GK 106 GPU, I wouldn’t be quite so fussed about Nvidia’s latest graphics card, but they have also taken the important step of widening out the memory bus. Going from a miserly 128-bit up to a 192-bit bus gives this new iteration of the GTX 650 Ti much better performance in-game and finally allows Nvidia to deliver some proper 1080p power down at the sub-$200/£150 price point.

They’ve also boosted the memory speed up to the now-standard 6GHz that the top cards are all now sporting. Nvidia has essentially based the reference design on the same PCB as the pricier GTX 660, giving it the same number of ROPs as well as the same memory bus. That also means you’re able to SLI this GTX 650 Ti Boost – something you couldn’t do with the original design. That’s not a terribly attractive option, however: a pair of these cards would only be slightly cheaper than buying a single HD 7970 GHz Edition, and – I can’t stress this enough – you’re far better off spending your money on a better single card than attempting a notoriously unreliable multi-GPU set-up.

It’s a hands-down victory for Nvidia in this latest battle
Nonetheless, the GTX 650 Ti Boost is a very impressive card and represents a complete reversal of form for the two hardware giants AMD and Nvidia. Formerly the budget card masters, AMD have ended up replacing their excellent HD 7850 1GB with the mediocre HD 7790 for the same price. That’s not quite the refresh we were hoping for. Nvidia, on the other hand, have improved on the existing silicon in practically every area and aren’t charging any more than they were for the original GTX 650 Ti.

“Nvidia have improved on the existing silicon in practically every area and aren’t charging any more than they were for the original GTX 650 Ti.”
The only real fly in the ointment for Nvidia is the fact that AMD’s HD 7870 XT – the Tahiti LE-based card – is only a little more expensive and a far more capable card. But if you’re sticking rigidly to the sub-£150/$200 price-category, it’s now all about the GTX 650 Ti Boost. Compared with the similarly priced HD 7790 it really is no contest and, for the most part, it bests even the HD 7850 2GB card in my tests too.

The only place where the AMD cards can still claim some superiority is in the minimum frame rate scores. Of course, that’s arguably as important as the average frame rate: when a game drops to its lowest ebb you really notice poor performance. But while the HD 7850 2GB still has higher minimum frame rates across the board, the HD 7790 is generally on a par with the GTX 650 Ti Boost. When the Boost is also hitting higher FPS on average then it’s still the card I’d choose.

It’s a rare triumph for Nvidia in this volume segment, with a quality 1080p card and some very sensible, and very welcome, design improvements.

NASA is planing to take Android mobiles on Space

Late in 2012, we heard that NASA planned to put HTC Android smartphones into as a key component of the small and inexpensive satellite systems. There are a set of rigorous standards that any device that travels into space have to go through to prove that they’re durable enough for the trip. If you wondered exactly what getting those Android smartphones ready to go into space required, some new details have now surfaced.

The satellites that use the Android-powered smartphones are called the SPHERES satellite. The smartphone will be using is the Nexus S. These satellites aren’t typical satellites that float around out in space, they are being used inside the ISS to research applications including telerobotic cameras, and other needs. There are two Nexus S smartphones on the ISS right now.

If you’re wondering why the Nexus S was chosen to be used in space, it was due in part to the easy disassembly. The team of researchers behind the project said that the device has literally six screws on the outside to take it apart. The smartphone was forced into permanent airplane mode before it could be launched into orbit. The team of researchers behind the project used high-resolution tear down photos from iFixit to determine which chip they needed to remove to put the phone into permanent hardware-based airplane mode since the normal airplane mode used software.

The team also had to workout a way to get the device to work using only AA batteries. The next step was to prove to the flight safety crew that the smartphone wouldn’t cause interference aboard the ISS. The phone, for its part just assumes it has no cellular service and operates normally otherwise. The team also had to get drivers for the smartphone that would work with the ThinkPad T61p laptops running Windows XP SP 3 that are currently aboard the ISS. There were a number of other things that had to be done in order to get the Android devices aboard the space station, but those are some of the biggest.

Bluetooth 4.0 with low energy technology paves the way for Bluetooth Smart devices.

Bluetooth v4.0 introduced low energy technology to the Bluetooth Core Specification, enabling new Bluetooth Smart devices that can operate for months or even years on tiny, coin-cell batteries. Markets for these new devices include health care, sports and fitness, security, and home entertainment.

Bluetooth v4.0 is the most recent version of Bluetooth wireless technology. It includes a low energy feature that is the basis for Bluetooth Smart devices. A product bearing the Bluetooth Smart and Bluetooth Smart Ready logos must include Bluetooth v4.0, but must also meet additional criteria.

The Bluetooth SIG announced the formal adoption of Bluetooth Core Specification Version 4.0 in July 2010. By mid-2011, many devices based on this technology were under development and headed to market soon, including the first wave of Bluetooth Smart Ready mobile phones due out in late 2011.

This technology is creating new opportunities for developers and manufacturers of Bluetooth devices and applications, bringing to life entirely new markets for devices that are low-cost and operate with low power wireless connectivity.

Bluetooth low energy technology features

Key features of Bluetooth low energy wireless technology include:

Ultra-low peak, average and idle mode power consumption
Ability to run for years on standard, coin-cell batteries
Low cost
Multi-vendor interoperability
Enhanced range

Bluetooth version 3.0 was launched last year, but it did not become popular enough due to the power requirements needed. Hence Bluetooth version 4.0 has been created to overcome this problem.
Today, a group of individuals have announced that a new version of the Bluetooth technology is arrive. They have also announced that the new version i.e, Bluetooth 4.0, will be coming in the last quarter of this year. Latest devices such as headsets, mobile phones and computers and other kinds of technology will be having this latest technology.

Bluetooth 3.0 devices used to require at least a triple A-batteries or larger capacity battery to function. But in this latest technology i.e, Bluetooth 4.0, it will allow devices with smaller batteries to work efficiently.

Bluetooth 4.0 will be consuming lesser power when compared to their preceding versions, and will have a higher data transfer rate. It will carries the high-speed Wi-Fi feature which was introduced with Bluetooth 3.0. That allows the devices to jump onto Wi-Fi 802.11 networks, where data transfer rate is up to 25MPS

Google Nexus 5 small Rumor note for mobileolic's [ Mobile lovers ] ..

Leaked slide points at the probable specifications of the LG manufactured next Nexus smartphone with Google.

Google and LG worked together to bring the Nexus 4 smartphone with impressive specifications and software features. As per the annual product cycle, Google has now reportedly started working on the next Nexus smartphone, which is likely to be dubbed as the Nexus 5.
'Android and Me', a website focused on technology, was tipped with a screenshot of purported next LG Nexus smartphone codenamed Megalodon and as per the website, it is expected to release in October this year.

Google has started calling proposals from the handset makers to choose the best ones and then start work on the next Nexus device. Every year, all major Android smartphone makers send proposals that consist of probable device specifications for the said generation Nexus device.
LG Megalodon seems to be one of such proposals and the Nexus device seems to feature pretty impressive specifications. LG plans to use 5.2-inch OLED display with full HD 1920x1080 pixel resolution on the phone. This device will be powered by quad-core 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series mobile processor with 3 GB LPDDR3 RAM to offer more memory bandwidth. On its rear, the phone will feature a 16 megapixel camera with image sensor made by Omnivision - a company that also makes image sensor for Apple iPhone.
The beastly camera sensor would be capable enough to record 4k resolution video at 30 frames per second and full 1080p HD video at 60 frames per second. For the best quality, it will also feature Real-Time HDR and HDR video recording along with Optical Image Stabilization. The front facing 2.1 megapixel camera would be capable enough to record full 1080p HD video at 30 frames per second.
Along with imaging focused features, the Megalodon is also touted to pack front positioned stereo speakers - may be like the one in HTC One. For a change, the internal storage will be bumped to be offered in 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB options. Of course, it will support 4G LTE networks in select regions. LG proposes to pack 3300 mAh battery in this device to power the hardware and also some fancy features such as gesture control. The Nexus 5 will run Android Key Lime Pie update.
Now we are taking this information with a grain of salt. LG Google Nexus 4 was being made available in batches and did frustrated several consumers. So a lot of folks are looking forward to a better distribution strategy from Google.

A Canonical formula of new OS to Chinese users = ' UbuntuKylin '

Canonical, the software company that manages and funds Ubuntu, announced to develop a new, open-source operating system customized especially for Chinese users called 'UbuntuKylin OS'.

by the Word's  of LINUX --

"When we announced that the GNOME version of Ubuntu had been officially accepted as part of the family, we forgot to mention that it was not the only addition. About the same time also joined the team Kylin, a new flavor of Ubuntu aimed at Chinese users now know is supported by the large Asian giant to implement it as a national operating system no less.

The news can be read at this time in many places, it has transcended the realm Linux user to become standard technology news, as the implications of China betting on a GNU / Linux and Ubuntu can have interesting consequences in the future, being as it is , the world's largest market.
The first version is based on Ubuntu Kylin Ubuntu 13.04 and is being developed by Canonical and the Chinese Center for Promotion of Software and Integrated Chips (CSIP), a government agency whose plans for the system include PC and mobile devices, all wrapped in the guise of Unity (in case anyone was wondering the desktop).
Despite being aimed at China, there's a surprise in Ubuntu Kylin can please everyone. We speak your office suite, although it will be a first time LibreOffice software responsible for this task, in the repositories can be found WPS Office, an office suite alternative maybe Android users already know the name of Kingsoft Office. WPS Office has Linux version and an important feature: Ribbon interface (a la Microsoft Office).
Kylin Ubuntu will be released on April 25, along with other editions of Ubuntu 13.04. Then she begin a new episode in the history of GNU / Linux? Because Microsoft still rules the desktop, but the thrust of China is formidable, and although I was stationed in the country for quite some Linux, Ubuntu Kylin seems by far the most ambitious of any which have been carried out.
Another question: will benefit the rest of the world to get Kylin progress? For now, in a further talk ratillo WPS ..."

According to the BBC, Chinese government and Canonical partner to launch its home grown operating system. China signaled its intention to move away from its dependence on western software products i.e windows.

Canonical staff and Chinese researchers will be working on the OS at a Beijing lab. China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will collaborate with Canonical to come up with Kylin to run on servers, aimed at websites, online shops, and hosting.

The first version of Ubuntu Kylin is for the laptops and desktops. Therefore the Android dominates the Chinese market for a few more years. The Ubuntu Kylin is not for the mobile device because Canonical already has the Ubuntu Mobile OS.

Future releases will also include integration with Baidu maps and shopping service Taobao, payment processing for Chinese banks, and real-time train and flight information. WPS Office, known outside China as Kingsoft Office or KSOffice may eventually land in Ubuntu Kylin as the default productivity suite.

The first Ubuntu Kylin release for Chinese users is expected next month with 13.04.

iPhone 6 Specialisations ,release date, news and and some rumours

When Apple unveiled the iPhone 5, the reaction was a bit muted: where previous phones were massive leaps forward, the iPhone 5 was a bit longer and a lot easier to scratch.

Apple made the screen bigger last time. Is an even bigger iPhone on the way?

So what can we expect from the next iPhone, the iPhone 6 or 5S? Let's see what the crystal balls are saying.
One thing is for sure, with the release of such super handsets as the Samsung Galaxy S4, Sony Xperia Z and HTC One, the next iPhone will have to seriously up its game.

iPhone 6 and the iPhone 5S are two different phones:
The rumour mill doesn't seem too sure whether the next iPhone is going to be the iPhone 5S or the iPhone 6. Given the iPhone's history - from the 3G onwards, there's always been a half-step S model before the next numbered iPhone - we'd bet on an iPhone 5S first and an iPhone 6 a few months later.
It's been suggested that there could even be three size variants of the new iPhone - check out these mocked up images by artist Peter Zigich. He calls the handsets iPhone 6 Mini, iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 XL.
Could we see both an iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 this year?
iPhone 6 release date

Some pundits predict a summer release for the iPhone 6, while Money Morning reckons that the iPhone 5's lack of NFC and Jumbotron display is because Apple's got a proper iPhone ready for a springtime release.
It's quite likely that Apple is moving to a two-phones-per-year upgrade cycle, but we'd bet on a springtime 5S model and a bigger, iPhone 6, update in the Autumn, probably September.
Even Digitimes reckons a springtime iPhone 6 is unlikely: it's predicting a summertime reveal for Apple's next generation phones, which again fits with a WWDC unveiling.

iPhone 6 cases
Multiple rumours say Apple's working on plastic cases for its next iPhone, mixing plastic and metal in such a way that "the internal metal parts [are] able to be seen from outside through special design."
It's unclear whether such cases would be for the iPhone 5S or iPhone 6, or if Apple is simply considering making cheaper iPhone 4s to sell when the iPhone 3GS reaches the end of its life.
Speaking in March 2013, a KGI analyst said it believed Apple would turn to manufacturer Pegatron to make up to 75 per cent of low cost iPhone products.

Pretty, yes, but also horrifically scratch-prone. Will your next iPhone have a plastic back?

The iPhone 6 will finally do NFC
That's what iDownloadblog reckons, quoting Jefferies analyst Peter Misek: it'll have a better battery too, he says.

The iPhone 6 will run iOS 7 and the iPhone 5S probably won't
Developers are seeing new iPhone model identifiers in their server logs: the device identifies itself as the iPhone 6,1 (the iPhone 5 is 5,1 or 5,2) running iOS 7, and its IP address is an Apple one. If the two-phones strategy is true, we'd expect Apple to unveil the next major revision of iOS at its WWDC conference in June, with it shipping on the iPhone 6 a few months later.

iPhone 6 storage
We've already seen a 128GB iPad, so why not a 128GB iPhone 6? Yes, it'll cost a fortune, but high-spending early adopters love this stuff.

iPhone 6 home button :
According to Business Insider, of the many iPhone 6 prototypes Apple has made, one has a giant Retina+ IGZO display and a "new form factor with no home button. Gesture control is also possibly included" - more on that shortly. Mind you, it was mooted that Apple would dump the home button in time for iPhone 5, but it never happened.

iPhone 6 screen :
Take this one with a pinch of salt, because China Times isn't always right: it reckons the codename iPhone Math, which may be a mistranslation of iPhone+, will have a 4.8-inch display. The same report suggests that Apple will release multiple handsets throughout the year over and above the iPhone 5S and 6, which seems a bit far-fetched to us.
Patents show that Apple has been thinking about magical morphing technology that can hide sensors and even cameras. Will it make it into the iPhone 6? Probably not.

You'll probably still be able to see the camera lens in the iPhone 6

iPhone 6 processor :
Not a huge surprise, this one: the current processor is a dual-core A6, and the next one will be a quad-core A7. The big sell here is more power with better efficiency, which should help battery life.
Expect to see it in the 2013 iPad first, and expect to see an improved A6 processor, the A6X, in the iPhone 5S.

iPhone 6 camera :
Apple's bought camera sensors from Sony before, and this year we're going to see a new, 13-megapixel sensor that takes up less room without compromising image quality.

iPhone 6 eye tracking :
One thing seems certain - Apple can't ignore the massive movement towards eye-tracking tech from other vendors, especially Samsung. It seems a shoe-in that Apple will deliver some kind of motion tech within the next iPhone, probably from uMoove.

The new iPhone will have better 4G LTE :
On its UK launch, just one UK network had 4G LTE: Everything Everywhere, which currently offers 4G on the 1800MHz band. In 2013, all the other big names will be coming on board, offering 4G in other frequency bands. International iPhones already work across different 4G bands to the UK, so you can expect the UK iPhone 6 (and possibly the iPhone 5S) to be more promiscuous than the iPhone 5.

iPhone 6 Wi-Fi may be 802.11ac:

Apple likes to lead Wi-Fi standards adoption - its Airport really helped make Wi-Fi mainstream - and there's a good chance we'll see ultra-fast 802.11ac Wi-Fi in Apple kit this year. It's faster than Lighting, and not very frightening.

Apple may have a new roadmap, with new phones every spring and autumn

iPhone 6 wireless charging :

Wireless charging still isn't mainstream. Could Apple help give it a push? CP Tech reports that Apple has filed a patent for efficient wireless charging, but then again Apple has filed patents for pretty much anything imaginable.
The tasty bit of this particular patent is that Apple's tech wouldn't just charge one device, but multiple ones.

Ford’s super-efficient 1.0-liter Eco Boost engine coming on 2014

Ford’s super-efficient 1.0-liter Eco Boost engine will make its first appearance on our shores next year in the new 2014 Ford Fiesta. It’s expected to be the smallest engine in its class and also achieve the best fuel economy of any non-hybrid car sold in America.
The award-winning engine is already making waves in Europe, where it accounts for 30 percent of all Focus sales. It will also be offered in the all-new Mondeo and is launching in the B-MAX and C-MAX in European markets.
The 1.0-liter Eco Boost engine is the first three-cylinder power plant ever for Ford. It also features innovations never seen in a Ford engine including a super-small turbocharger, timing belt immersed in engine oil, an offset crankshaft, variable oil pump, split cooling, and external balancing. The smooth-running engine develops about the same horsepower as a 1.6-liter engine with 25 percent fewer moving parts.
Ford aims to provide it all with this engine – a sporty sound at high revs, smooth and quiet idle, and great fuel economy. It’s projected to offer 123 horsepower with 148 lb-ft torque and provide satisfying acceleration.

Ford Fusion Named Green Car of the Year 2013 at L.A. Auto Show was Ford Fusion

Ford’s completely redesigned 2013 Fusion sedan, the most fuel efficient midsize car in America, has been named Green Car Journal’s 2013 Green Car of the Year at the L.A. Auto Show. The Fusion emerged on top of an exceptional field of finalists including the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero, Ford C-MAX, Mazda CX-5 SkyACTIV, and the Toyota Prius c.
Selecting the 2013 Green Car of the Year® was a jury comprised of the nation’s top environmental leaders including Natural Resources Defense Council president Frances Beinecke, Sierra Club executive director Michael Brune, Ocean Futures Society president Jean-Michel Cousteau, and Global Green USA president Matt Petersen, plus Tonight Show host and auto enthusiast Jay Leno and Green Car Journal staff.
The 2013 Fusion is designed from the ground-up to be a world car with distinctly different fuel-efficient powertrains available. These range from familiar EcoBoost internal combustion engines that use turbocharging and direct injection to eke out greater efficiencies, to a next-generation hybrid variant and an all-new plug-in hybrid version, the Fusion Energi.
You can’t talk about the new Fusion without mentioning its striking good looks. Ford did a stellar job in designing the new Fusion, offering an attention-grabbing body design with a front end that hints of Aston Martin influences. The interior is also well-appointed and intuitive, with an array of advanced electronics either standard or optional. Safety systems now include dual first-row knee airbags and adaptive front airbags that vent and tether to conform to a specific occupant’s size, position, and seatbelt usage.

The 1.6-liter Fusion SE EcoBoost model, which starts at $24,495, is Ford’s first automatic-transmission product with an automatic start-stop system. This shuts the engine off when the car is stopped and seamlessly restarts as the driver releases the brake pedal, and can alone reduce fuel consumption and emissions by about 3.5 percent. The $25,950 Fusion SE with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine is mated with a paddle-shifted, six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and available in front-wheel-drive.
Ford’s all-new Fusion Hybrid SE offers even more content than the outgoing Fusion Hybrid model at a price $1,575 less. It features an all-new 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle, four-cylinder gasoline engine that’s significantly downsized from the previous 2.5-liter engine, while offering similar performance. The Fusion Energi plug-in hybrid is expected to net more than 100 MPGe overall fuel efficiency.
The all-new 2013 Fusion embraces all the elements important to aggressively raising the bar in environmental performance. Importantly, its approachable price points also mean that large numbers of this sedan will make their way to the highway, bringing meaningful reductions in petroleum use and CO2 emissions along the way.
